Custom Ashland Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation contracting services in Ashland, KY and the surrounding Tri-State area, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, blown-in insulation, vapor barrier installation, and related air sealing services. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written estimate or service agreement provided to you before work begins.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding quote or offer to perform services. All pricing is subject to an on-site assessment and a written estimate.
We provide written estimates prior to beginning any work. Estimates are based on the conditions observed during our on-site visit and the scope of work discussed at that time. If conditions differ from what was assessed - for example, if additional old insulation requires removal or if access to a space is more difficult than anticipated - pricing may be adjusted, and we will notify you before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original estimate.
Estimates are not guarantees of final cost unless explicitly stated as a fixed-price contract in writing.
Appointments are confirmed by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect our ability to prioritize your project.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or service agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of your estimate.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as permitted under applicable Kentucky law. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts through appropriate legal channels.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Ashland Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your home, including but not limited to hidden moisture damage, structural issues, or pre-existing mold, that are discovered during or after the performance of our services.
The information on this Site is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Any warranty related to workmanship on completed projects will be communicated to you in writing as part of your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials installed are subject to the terms set by each manufacturer and may require registration or other steps by the homeowner.
You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and unobstructed access to the work areas on the scheduled date. For spray foam installations, you and all occupants - including pets - must vacate the home during the work and for the curing period specified by our crew. Failure to comply may affect the quality of the installation and may release us from any related warranty obligations.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concern about our services. Most issues can be resolved quickly through a direct conversation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing litigation.
Any legal action arising from these terms or our services must be filed in the appropriate court of jurisdiction in Boyd County, Kentucky.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
